Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Manager
Managing resources: Ensure the project has the resources it needs, and monitor resource usage. Planning: Define the project's goals and scope, and plan and document tasks. Managing risks: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Managing Project Go Live Readiness: Coordinate with BQM (Business Quality Management), ITQM (IT Quality Management), ATS (Acceptance To Service Management) to fulfill the prerequisite for Go Live.
Certification /Experience required in: Safe5 Scrum Master
Knowledge in Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Airfocus
