We are looking for a proactive and versatile Scrum Master to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in Open Finance, API Banking, and regulatory technology who want to grow within the evolving financial ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Helping the BAs to define user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring clarity in communication between business and technical teams.
- Helping the team in removing the impediments for smoother scrum/iteration cycles
- Track and report key performance metrics to stakeholders, and work towards continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, external stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlog effectively.
- Guiding the team in implementing scrum principles and best practices effectively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and Agile mindset within the team.
- Evaluate and advise agile frameworks, tools, and techniques to the team, if needed.

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in product development, ideally within a startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA principles.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
