**Main Purpose of job**:

- The role of the Risk personnel will encompass the analysis and reporting of risks in the following areas:
1. Investment risk Management

2. Credit Risk Monitoring

3. Operational risk management

4. Business Risk Management

**Key Accountabilities:

- **

The Risk personnel will be accountable the following:
Responsible for implementation and governance of Risk Management Framework (“RMF”) across Asset Management Company (“AMC”) and Mutual Fund Schemes.

Proactively identify existing and emerging risk issues and maintain robust control environment to remediate any gaps.

Analysis the Market risk in portfolios, assessing NAV movements and decomposing the same to ascertain market factors contributing to the Fund Returns.

Ensure all risk related policies are defined, reviewed, and updated periodically and placed at the relevant risk management committee for approval.

Periodic performance analysis of the fund, attribution analysis with benchmark as well as with category peers. Analysing risk ratios of the funds and industry peers as well.

Conduct risk analysis of funds w.r.t parameters like Credit Quality, concentrations in sector or Issuers, liquidity, correlation, volatility and other style factors depending upon fund mandates.

Ensure formulation and implementation of adequate mechanism for
- Generating early warning signals;
Conducting stress testing for investment, credit and liquidity risks basis approved parameters;
Define the tolerance limits for each of the risk parameters;
Measurement and review of AMC and scheme specific risks including RCSA and the person responsible to monitor the risks;
Assessment and review of credit risk policies

Assess liquidity risk at a scheme level

Alerts pertaining to asset liability mismatch

Escalation matrix for reporting and resolution of incidents (loss, near miss, fraud etc.)

Adequate framework to detect and prevent security market violation, frauds and malpractices by the AMC and reporting framework on the same to the ERMC and board Trustee on half yearly basis.

- Business focused and be solution oriented in overall approach
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Must have good understanding of capital markets and investment management
- A CA/ MBA/FRM from reputed Business school/University with strong analytical background
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Investment Management/Equity Broking firm in similar position
- Must have strong inter-personal skill
- Must possesses a logical and practical bent of mind
- Exposure to Portfolio analysis and understanding of quantitative tools and methodologies

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
