**Job Title**: Front Office Executive
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Reports To**: Operation Manage

**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. This role involves handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction & Reception**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, schedules, and procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

**Appointment & Scheduling**:

- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to ensure optimal appointment flow.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's database.

**Billing & Payments**:

- Process patient registrations, payments, and insurance claims.
- Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for financial reconciliation.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update patient files and records securely.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and organized.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

**Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA or local regulations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in administration, healthcare management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinic management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,279.95 - ₹26,309.00 per month
