**Job Overview**: As a Front Desk Receptionist at Sportyze, you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors. Your primary role is to ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service, maintain a welcoming and professional environment, and efficiently manage administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly and organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- **Scheduling**: Manage appointments and bookings for clients, ensuring accurate records of schedules and reservations.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Client Assistance**: Provide information on services, memberships, and products, and assist clients with general inquiries or requests.
- **Visitor Coordination**: Ensure visitors follow safety protocols and register accordingly, as well as manage visitor access and notifications.
- **Multi-tasking**: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including managing the front desk area, coordinating with other departments, and addressing client needs.
- **Office Environment**: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-presented.
- **Support Event Logistics**: Assist with organizing and managing events or promotions that take place at Sportyze.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or receptionist training is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with one day off per week.
