Pet Food Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities Identify new customers by searching online business listings, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences Contact new and existing customers to explain the products and how they benefit pets Carefully monitor contacts, promotional activities, and sales volume. Emphasize product features and explain the capabilities and limitations of the products Answer customers’ questions about product prices and availability Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration. Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases. Give demonstrations that highlight the beneficial qualities of the product. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Should carry valid driving license and own two - wheeler is compulsory. Requirements and skills - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in Pet Industry (Dogs & Cats)is "Mandatory". Proficiency in English and Hindi. knowledge of MS -Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Shop Visit and Brand Marketing. Graduate or Pursuing Graduation.
