**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant with a background in aviation to join our dedicated sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, leveraging their industry knowledge and expertise to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
- Manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.

**2. Customer Interaction**:

- Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**3. Sales Team Support**:

- Assist sales representatives in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate communication between sales team members, other departments, and external partners.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos for sales representatives with potential clients whenever required.

**4. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis within the aviation sector, identifying opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team, leveraging your industry expertise to drive informed decision-making.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- AME/Diploma or Engineering or MBA in aviation or equivalent; additional education or certification in aviation-related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of aviation terminology, products, and regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
