**We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Technology team in Chennai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders, and end-users.
- Set realistic project goals and develop appropriate methods to achieve these goals.
- Translate business needs and use cases into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on changing requirements.
- Define epics, user stories, tasks, and bug fixes for each assigned project.
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of backlog items.
- Answer questions and ensure the development team understands the requirements and priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar (strong Jira skills are preferred).
- Effective management of stakeholders and their expectations.
- Able to translate business needs into technical language for the development team.
- Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Possess organizational and time management skills.
- Product Owner certifications are a plus.
