**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to target the right audience.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign strategies to ensure high performance and ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Run A/B tests to optimize ads, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising and digital marketing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (preferably for IT, SaaS, or B2B services).
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance optimization.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
- Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
