Job Title: Procurement cum Tender Executive

Reports to: Procurement Manager/Director

Location: 1st Floor, Karthika Apartments, 27/1084D, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682036

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Procurement cum Tender Executive to manage procurement activities, prepare and evaluate tenders, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics.

2. Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents.

3. Evaluate and analyze tender responses, ensuring compliance with requirements.

4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.

5. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and tender processes.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance).

7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in procurement, tendering, or a related field.

3. Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.

4. Familiarity with tendering processes and contract management.

5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, ISM).

2. Experience with e-procurement systems and software.

3. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

4. Familiarity with contract law and dispute resolution.
