**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Track relevant tenders through various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission
- Fill tenders accurately and timely and submit on time
- Knowledge of the complete tendering and procurement process.
- Hands-on experience on vendor registration, E-Procure, GeM, Government portals, PSUs, etc
- Bidding tender’s, competitor analyses, Ensuring adequate business, sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, MIS reports and documentation
- Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checks the eligibility criteria
- Filling tenders, knowledge of tender and can evaluate & understand the eligibility criteria of the tender, understand the targets, shortlist the tender accordingly.
- Experienced in preparing quotations and submitting through portals for online and submitting personally in the offline process.
