**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Product Demonstration**:
- Travel to designated regions to showcase Tracer's product range to footwear retailers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth information about features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
**Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets.
- Understand the needs and preferences of retailers and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Market Research**:
- Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Order Processing and Reporting**:
- Facilitate the order placement process, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Generate and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and events.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Coordinate with accounting team to ensure timely payments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of footwear and fashion trends.
