**Role Description**

Major Key Accountabilities
- Maintain Master Sheet of all bank accounts with account numbers, relationship manager details, authorized signatories, and contact information.
- Maintain POS machine details including service provider, settlement bank, TID numbers, mapped accounts, card commission, and integration with ERP/software.
- Prepare daily payment and receipt reports categorized by nature and transaction count.
- Generate consolidated collection reports (bank, card, cash, UPI, old metal, sales return, dues, advance adjustments, gift vouchers).
- Monitor cheque book status and maintain login credentials for net banking in a secure master file.
- Maintain corporate credit card checklist with card limits and usage tracking.
- Manage petty cash wallet facility and agreements for control.
- Handle CMS agreements for cash collection and deposit, including MIS and charges.
- Prepare Bank Borrowing Master Sheet with sanction letters, agreements (hypothecation, gold metal loan, mortgage deeds, personal guarantees, CHG-1), property details, valuation reports, and legal documentation.
- Maintain rented property agreements and MIS updates.
- Track insurance MIS for jewelry, property/building, fire, and other policies.
- Prepare finance charge MIS branch-wise and consolidated on a monthly basis.
- Maintain MCX master position reports, trade details, contracts, agreements, and software backups.
- Ensure monthly digital stock statements with bank confirmation and reconciliation reports.
- Prepare FFR, QFR, Book Debt Reports, Annexure-1 & 3.
- Collect monthly bank statements in PDF format for all branches and CC accounts, including bank charges.
- Handle TRQ quota, DGFT, E-Sanchit, and customs compliance.
- Prepare sales analysis reports (segment-wise, month-wise, amount & quantity, returns).
- Prepare purchase analysis reports (segment-wise, month-wise, reconciliation with trial balance).
- Maintain stock details at artisans in metal and currency ledger.
- Track TDS challans, computation sheets, and certificates.
- Manage rating agency agreements, NDS statements, and supporting documents (bank limit utilization, debtors/creditors, stock details).
- Maintain licenses and memberships backup: MSME, LEI, IIFC, IIBX, GJEPC, DGFT, IEC, BIS, GPCB, NABL, IGAS, and KYC compliance.
- Handle foreign supplier Onboard KYC & branch setup documentation and checklist.
- Prepare bank stock auditor checklist and save relevant data.
- Track income tax litigation MIS, notices, replies, ITAT appeals, and assessments.
- Manage compliance for foreign payments and business initiatives for company and subsidiaries.
- IPO presentation and Due Diligence
- Investor Due Diligence and Auditor Quarry Timely Submission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
