- Oversee finance operations of the company
- Vender management-follow with the professional consultants
- Look licensing applies, renewal & updating works
- Monitoring statutory compliances works of GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, PT, IT, ROC, SEBI
- Cost accounting
- Review financial data & prepare reports
- Look overall general office administrative works
- Maintain Bank & other financial Accounts
- Manage Investment portfolio of Equity stock, mutual fund, etc.
- Also work as a branch head, make control on employees’ team, and follow company’s overall operational and administrative related managerial works

C. **Requirement for this position: -**
- Education: Minimum commerce graduate (regular study)
- Experience: required minimum 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge: Good understanding of financial operational process
- Outside work clause: as per need ready to go outside work for visit government agencies licenses related works
- Preferable if held owned vehicle for travel to office and outside works
- know well vender management: ability to maintain fruitful relationships with the external agencies, know how to maintain relationship with them
