**Experience**:

Work Timings: 09:30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting in Tally and Infor (including payroll, accounts

payable, and accounts receivable). Perform monthly book closure activities.
- Responsible for GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance
- Work on monthly Cadency reconciliations & ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Uploading payments via Axis Bank and HDFC Bank.
- Update of Fixed Asset Register in Tally/ Infor for monthly purchase and sales of Fixed

Asset. Preparation of Sales Invoices for assets sold during the month.
- Prepare various month/quarterly/annual reconciliations or schedules/ reports for

Audit purposes (Statutory, Tax and Transfer pricing).
- Support Accounts Receivable chargeback process for Reach Local.
- Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities/ multi-task as per the urgency.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Key Skills:

- Worked either on Infor or Oracle or SAP or similar software and Tally.
- Worked on Excel. Good knowledge of PPT.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA with specialisation in Finance (Part-time or Full time) from any reputed institute

or CA (Inter).
- Graduate (Full time).
- Overall experience of minimum 3 years.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
