- **Record Retrieval and Release**:Facilitating the retrieval of medical records for authorized personnel and external parties, while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:Ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and other privacy regulations, as well as internal policies regarding patient confidentiality.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conducting regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.
- **Collaboration**:Working with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure proper documentation and efficient record management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
