**Job Summary**:
The MRD Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and organizing patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update patient records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of medical documents.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of medical records.
- Assist healthcare staff in retrieving records for clinical or administrative purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records as per legal and organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with departments to manage record retention and disposal schedules.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance related to medical records.
- Generate reports and maintain logs related to MRD activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline; preferred: Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Knowledge of hospital medical records systems and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality awareness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
