The Job responsibilities of the Medical Records Executive

include the following:

Ensure timely retrieval of Medical records as and when required.

Ensure proper upkeep of medical records.

Generating Monthly statistics.

Ensuring that ICD coding is done properly

Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

Issue and receive OP files.

Assemble IP files according to the IP assembling format

Filling of Lab Reports and Medical Records.

Preparing Birth / Death information & Timely submission of Birth / Death Certificates.

Preparing Discharge analysis.

Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
