As a GSA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience while upholding our high standards of service and hospitality. - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Serve meals and drinks in a timely and courteous manner - Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages - Upsell additional items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue - Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery - Address guest concerns promptly and professionally - Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant - Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including local cuisine - Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills in English and Kannada - Food handling certification preferred - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Understanding of local dining customs and etiquette in Mysuru, India **Additional Information** Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
