**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate (GSA) - F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet areas, and in-room dining. The GSA ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by delivering professional, attentive, and timely service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests courteously and escort them to tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest queries regarding food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
- Ensure timely billing and accurate payment handling.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to supervisors when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and smooth service.
- Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas for events or daily operations.
