We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking **Service Crew** to join our team in Bangalore. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in the food and hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and provide information about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking items as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in food handling and service.
- Work closely with kitchen and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Help in setting up and closing down the restaurant or service area.
- Ensure that all customers have an enjoyable experience and return for future visits.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a service or hospitality role is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards in food handling.
