**Job Title**: Marketing Executive
**Location**: Kamptee, Nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve manufacturing and trading sales targets as per the set KRA/KPI.
- **Sales and Marketing Management**: Responsible for handling sales and marketing in assigned areas.
- **Market Updates**: Provide market updates and projections as per the guidelines of the Head of Department (HOD). Maintain professional relations with consultants, government officials, contractors, and stakeholders.
- **Sales Focus**: Drive both repeat and new sales targets to meet business goals.
- **Payment Collection**: Ensure timely collection of payments as per sales targets.
- **New Area & Customer Development**: Identify and develop new areas and customers following guidelines and instructions.
- **Travel Requirements**: Travel for 15 days each month to various assigned areas for sales and marketing activities.
- **Customer Complaints**: Provide necessary support to resolve customer complaints within 48 hours, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- **Value Realization**: Ensure pricing and value realization as per the price list or as guided by the HOD.
- **Order Management**: Work with PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) to approve order timelines before committing to clients.
- **Market Mapping**: Conduct market mapping as per departmental guidelines.
- **Skill Development**: Continuously upgrade skills as per the development plan.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily updates to the HOD and periodic reports to the Director as instructed.
- **Travel Expenses**: Ensure travel expenses are booked and claimed as per company travel policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good experience problem-solving skills, especially in resolving customer complaints.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs and ability to meet targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
