**Job Summary**
- Site visits
- Must be well aware of CAD drawings (interior preferred)
- Quality check
- Must handle and magange junior site in charge, Carpenters, Electrician, and other Site duties on daily basis by assesing the Site.
- Should be able to handle Multiple sites.
- Strong communication skills with the staff's.
- Daily assessment of site progress and handing over to the Business head.

- Analysis of finishes, quality on site and report it to the respective team leader.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Must have minimum experience of 1year in Interior or civil work.
- Must be a graduate or diploma holder in Civil engineering.
- Should be able to read Autocad drawings.
- Experience in Interior field will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil.

Job Duties:

- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
- Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
- Other duties as requested

Industry:

Pay: ₹9,853.20 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
