**Interior Site Supervisor**
**Location**: Vyttila, Kochi
**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
**Gender**: Male
**Experience**: Minimum 2 to 3 years in Interior Supervision

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on the interior project site.
- Ensure that the project is completed within the set time frame, budget, and according to client specifications.
- Manage site workers and subcontractors effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the worksite is clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and other team members for successful project execution.
- Track inventory and materials required for the site and ensure timely availability.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to update them on project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role in interior design/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction and interior-related tools and materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to manage a team of workers and subcontractors.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in interior construction.
- Experience in both residential and commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in using construction/project management software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
