We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and assets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to security breaches or incidents.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
- Conduct patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.
- Develop and implement security training programs for security personnel.
- Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all security equipment (CCTV, access control systems, alarms).
- Schedule and oversee the work of security guards, assigning duties and ensuring they follow all protocols.
- Enforce all safety and security rules and regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public, staff, and law enforcement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a security supervisor role or related field.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing security procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating security technology (CCTV, access control systems, alarms) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- Valid security guard license (if required by local regulations).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,605.32 - ₹40,790.59 per month
