Security Field Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patrolling & Surveillance**:

- Perform regular security patrols of assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, and facilities.
- Monitor and inspect security cameras and alarm systems to detect any unusual activity.
- Ensure all entry and exit points are secured and monitored.
- **Incident Reporting & Investigation**:

- Respond to incidents such as theft, accidents, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- Investigate and report suspicious activities or potential threats.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all security events.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- **Access Control**:

- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter secure areas.
- Perform ID checks, vehicle inspections, and visitor screening as required.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and safety regulations.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, including alarms, fires, medical incidents, or accidents.
- Maintain a calm demeanour under pressure and take appropriate action in crisis situations.
- **Customer Service & Public Relations**:

- Provide security assistance and information to employees, visitors, and the public as needed.
- Offer a visible, reassuring presence to deter potential threats and foster a sense of security among staff and visitors.
- Assist with crowd control or any public events as required.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Ensure that all security equipment, such as radios, alarms, and cameras, are functioning properly.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to management for timely repair or replacement.
- **Collaboration with Management**:

- Collaborate with the Security Manager and other team members to address security concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing security protocols and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding security issues.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar field is preferred.
- Familiarity with security operations, emergency protocols, and surveillance systems.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional training or certifications in security, safety, or law enforcement is a plus.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and conflict resolution.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in operating and monitoring security equipment, such as CCTV systems and access control technology.
- Previous law enforcement or military experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local and federal security regulations.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Work Conditions**:

- Security field officers are expected to work outdoors and in a variety of environments.
- May be required to work evening, night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the company’s schedule.

Pay: ₹8,542.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
