Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Cold Calling**: 70-100 calls daily to promote events & secure registrations.
- **Outreach**: Use LinkedIn & industry associations to engage potential delegates.
- **Sales Strategy**: Acquire new delegates & meet/exceed sales targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain strong connections.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- **Negotiation**: Persuade, handle objections & close sales effectively.

**Requirements**:
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven.
