**Position**: PGT English Teacher
**Location**: J D Academy, Barabanki

**Job Type**: Onsite, Full-time
**Salary Range**: INR 13,000 - 14,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **English Language and Literature** to senior secondary students as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that enhance students' analytical and literary skills.
- Guide students in critical reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and academic competitions.
- Conduct discussions, debates, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Encourage creative writing, essay writing, and public speaking activities.
- Integrate **technology and innovative teaching methods** into the curriculum.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with the school administration and other faculty members for curriculum development and school events.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Master’s degree (M.A.) in English Literature or a related field.**:

- **B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.**:

- **Skills & Experience**:

- **2+ years of teaching experience** in a senior secondary school (preferred).
- Strong command of English grammar, literature, and composition.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to prepare students for **CBSE board examinations** effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students for academic and personal growth.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
