**Salary Range**: INR 12,000 - 13,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **English language and literature** to students from **Classes 6 to 10** as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct interactive sessions, discussions, and debates to improve communication skills.
- Prepare assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, and public speaking activities.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school management and other teachers for academic planning.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. in English) or higher in English Literature or a related field.
- **B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.**:

- CTET Paper 2 qualification is preferred.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- **1-2 years of teaching experience** in a school (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to integrate **technology and modern teaching methods** into lessons.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
