**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Biology lessons.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus.
- Utilize modern teaching methodologies, including smart boards, practical experiments, and digital tools.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students

**Curriculum & Assessment**:

- Design and conduct assessments, tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Prepare study materials, worksheets, and laboratory manuals.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and an inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and address their academic concerns.

**Lab & Practical Work**:

- Supervise and guide students during practical sessions in the laboratory.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during experiments.

**Student Development & Mentoring**:

- Provide academic guidance and career counseling.
- Encourage students to participate in science fairs, Olympiads, and research projects.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Coordinate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in Biology and teaching methodologies.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain students' records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
