ROLE: Principal - SAP

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile SAP Solution Architect with expertise in SAP Production Planning PP, Plant Maintenance PM, and Quality Management QM modules, and a strong background in SAP S4HANA implementations.- In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and deployment of SAP solutions within these modules, ensuring alignment with our business requirements, industry best practices, and the latest SAP S4HANA capabilities. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing our production, maintenance, and quality processes.- Responsibilities Solution Design Lead the design of SAP solutions within the SAP S4HANA framework for the PP, PM, and QM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.- Business Process Alignment Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management processes and objectives, providing expert guidance on leveraging SAP functionality within the SAP S4HANA environment.-
- Architectural Planning Develop and maintain SAP PP, PM, and QM architectural standards, guidelines, and roadmaps to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security within the SAP S4HANA landscape.- Solution Implementation Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions within SAP S4HANA for the PP, PM, and QM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.- Functional Consultation Provide expert advice on SAP PP, PM, and QM capabilities, recommending innovative solutions to optimize production, maintenance, and quality processes.- Integration Ensure effective integration of SAP PP, PM, and QM with other SAP S4HANA modules and external systems.- Technical Leadership Lead and guide a team of SAP professionals specializing in PP, PM, and QM, providing technical direction, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.- Testing and Quality Assurance Supervise the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, guaranteeing that solutions meet stringent quality and performance standards.- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PP, PM, and QM solution architecture, configuration guides, and process documentation.- Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met through SAP solutions in the SAP S4HANA environment.- Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest SAP PP, PM, and QM trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process enhancements and improvements.- Requirements bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience 12 plus years as an SAP Solution Architect, specializing in SAP PP, PM, and QM, with a strong emphasis on SAP S4HANA implementations.- Must have worked for UK based customers Comprehensive knowledge of SAP PP, PM, and QM functionality, configuration, and integration within the SAP S4HANA landscape.SAP certifications in relevant modules and SAP S4HANA are highly desirable.- Indepth understanding of production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management best practices and principles.Successful experience in leading and managing technical teams and projects.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Effective problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines.
