ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP S4HANA PS

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

At Solution Experience, we stay abreast of the latest innovations in SAP products and build compelling demo assets to give existing and potential SAP customers an excellent experience and win them over as loyal advocates.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS-
- SAP S4HANA Portfolio Project Management PPM, Commercial Project Management CPM andor Project systems PS 3+ years of experience in project work distinct consulting expertise Experience in successful SAP S4HANA implementation or conversion projects, preferably a PPM, CPM andor PS implementation- More than 2 years of experience in SAP EPPM SAP CPM, SAP PPM and SAP PS Completed certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool optional- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions S4HANA Cloud, Cloud for Projects, etc. Projectrelated Sales and Distribution SD Materials Management MM experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS- Taking initiative and ownership Strong communication collaboration skills, openness to learn execute- Proficient English language skills spoken and written, fluent and clear University degree preferred in B.EMBAMCA or equivalent degree with a strong Project management consulting expertise- Ability to quickly learn business processes with respect to SAP S4HANA, SAP industry specific solutions, functions, and technologies relevant to the role- Versatility regarding cultural diversity Interpersonal skills must have peer to peer networking abilities- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and handle unexpected situations- Strong customerfocus understand customer queries and find solutions on short notice- Focus on quality, reliability, and ontime delivery- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
