DataLabs is looking for a Principal Associate
- Devops to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, lead analytical teams to make impactful and actionable offers, and work with Engineering groups to lead tech delivery of large product builds. The role encompasses recruiting, developing and motivating an exceptional team that is drawn from elite campuses in India and abroad, and focused on our mission to develop world class data products.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead technical initiatives and problem solving in the SRE and DevOps space for critical model and feature platforms; collaborating with teams and stakeholders to influence and deliver continuous improvement and automation.
- Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community
- Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based and mobile solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of customers achieve financial empowerment
- Utilize technologies like Python, Ruby, Kotlin, Swift, Jenkins, Fastlane, New Relic, and Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 2+ years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- At least 2+ years of Unix or Linux system administration experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience with Terraform or Ansible
- 2+ years of experience with container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes
- 2+ experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl or Ruby)
- 2+ years of experience working with Agile Development Practices
