**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and taste.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Organize and clean kitchen equipment and utensils regularly.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying the supervisor of any shortages. Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**REQUIRMENTS**
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
