We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with purchasing.
  • Enforce hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms.
  • Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff for efficiency and teamwork.
  • Assist Head Chef in planning menus, specials, and kitchen workflow.
  • Handle shift schedules and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts preferred.
