We requires **Marketing & Sales Executive **in our **KOLKATA **head office.

**Roles and Responsibility**:
**Ø** Identify and Pursue new sales opportunities through Cold Calling and Field Visits.

**Ø** Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

**Ø** Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.

**Ø** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

**Ø** Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Ø** Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

**Ø** Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients and partners.

**Requirements**:
**Ø** 0-2 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome).

**Ø** Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Ø** Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Ø** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Ø** Proven sales experience.

**Ø** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

**Ø** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Age between 22-40 years.
- Proficiency in 2 Languages (English and Hindi or English and Bengali).

**Salary & Incentives**:

- Allowance : Conveyances & Telephone.
- Target Incentives: Incentives on Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Target Achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
