**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets across all branches.
Conduct school promotional activities such as campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Visit nearby communities, play schools, and organizations to generate leads.
Handle inquiries from parents and provide detailed information about school programs and facilities.
Coordinate with branch heads and the admission team to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
Maintain and update digital marketing activities including social media and online promotions.
Prepare reports on marketing performance and admission statistics.
Support in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.
Build strong relationships with local communities and educational institutions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
**Work Schedule**:
Full-time(as per school schedule)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
