**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Perungudi, chennai

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Must you have of experience in a marketing role (internships included).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Must have knowledge in direct walk in sales.
- Must have knowledge in Sales.
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
