**Position**: Marketing Executive - Real Estate Sales
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting to**: Sales & Marketing Manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Generation & Sales Support**
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media, tele-calling, and field marketing activities.
- Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with potential buyers.
- Assist the Sales Team in arranging site visits, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Maintain lead database and update status in CRM regularly.

**2. Marketing Campaign Execution**
- Support execution of marketing campaigns (online/offline) including brochures, banners, hoardings, and promotional activities.
- Assist in digital marketing promotions by sharing project updates, testimonials, and customer stories across platforms.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for advertisements, printing, and event marketing.
- Participate in property expos, roadshows, and events to enhance project visibility and generate walk-ins.

**3. Branding & Communication**
- Ensure accurate use of brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and site branding.
- Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and site event photographs/videos for promotional use.
- Draft engaging communication for online inquiries and marketing responses.

**4. Channel Partner & Broker Support**
- Assist in coordinating with channel partners/brokers for lead generation and site visits.
- Maintain logs of broker activities and prepare periodic performance reports for management.

**5. Market Intelligence**
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional offers in the local real estate market.
- Provide inputs on customer preferences and market demand trends.

**6. Internal Coordination**
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to support customer requirements.
- Attend weekly sales and marketing review meetings.

**7. Customer Engagement & Retention**
- Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers and online leads.
- Support in building long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales.
- Assist in post-sale communication in coordination with the CRM team.

**8. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily inquiry reports, campaign performance trackers, and follow-up updates.
- Submit weekly reports on marketing activities, lead flow, and event outcomes to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
