You will be responsible for the design and build of a new SCCM and Window 10 solution, ensuring configuration of existing Intune, as well as Apps packaging and Windows 10 Roll out
- You will co-ordinate and own the overall technical design across Windows 10, SCCM and Intune ensuring that there is interlock between these technical work streams. Key task will be directing the production of the High Level Design documentation.
- You will act as technical lead / delivery solution owner for the delivery program.
- You will establish solution design and implementation of SCCM technical team.
- You will manage solution implementation design deliverables to budget and expected quality standards, through transition and transformation. Own technical problems and work with teams to resolution. Manages solution and scope changes through formal change process, working with program & commercial leads. Ensure technical milestones are met
- You will author design and test documents for large, complex infrastructures, whose risk and cost elements are accepted.
- You will act as key point of Customer technical interaction.
- Maintain / Populate / Update tracked RAID log with Design RAID.
- Knowledge on SCCM upgrade/Migration and site implementation
- Hands on experience on the CMG IBCM implementation
- Periodical health checks of SCCM environment and site backup.
- Provide project support, operational support, Troubleshooting SCCM infrastructure, primary server and SCCM client remediation
- Preparing customized reports in SCCM console and SQL.
- Strong Knowledge on Patch Deployment, Software distribution and OSD/ Win10 servicing process & Troubleshooting
- Maintain health of the client and remediate computers to ensure the 100% client compliance.
- ITIL process and effective communication
- Timely inputs to the solutioning team with technical expertise

- Strong primary skills in SCCM Current Branch, SCCM roles (CAS, Primary, Secondary, MP, DP, SUP), Peer Cache
- Design and Implementation of SCCM primary, secondary and site system roles.
- Expertise on Cloud attached SCCM services like Cloud Management Gateway (CMG),
- Microsoft Intune, Co-Management,
- Windows Autopilot, Desktop Analytics etc

**Secondary Skills**
- Windows 10 Operating System, Active directory, Network knowledge
- SCCM task sequence for OSD and Application deployment
- Expertise on SCCM client installation, software distribution (Application Model \ Package Model), remote control
