**Your role**:

- **Upgrade and maintain the Microsoft SCCM platform across development, pre-production, and production environments**:

- **Manage software update groups, patching, and compliance reporting.**:

- **Monitor and troubleshoot software updates using SCCM logs.**:

- **Collaborate with operations teams for production deployments.**:

- **Generate reports to ensure system health and update compliance.**

**Your profile**:

- **9 to 12 Years experience in SCCM Intune.**:

- **Strong understanding of software deployment and patch management.**:

- **Ability to troubleshoot using log analysis.**:

- **Experience working in structured, high-security environments.**:

- **Rigorous, organized, responsive and possess strong problem-solving skills.**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.**
