Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor (Male/Female)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years
Age: 25 years and above
**Responsibilities**:
1. Food Safety and Cleanliness
Ensure safe food preparation and cooking processes.
Adhere to strict sanitation and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and utility areas.
2. Inventory Management
Manage and order kitchen supplies to meet demand.
Implement strategies to reduce food waste and control kitchen costs.
3. Staff Management
Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
Discipline team members when necessary and manage shift schedules.
Recruit and train new kitchen employees.
4. Menu Planning and Costing
Design menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary needs.
Develop cost-effective and creative menu options.
5. Quality and Service Oversight
Ensure high standards in food presentation and quality.
6. Customer Service
Address and resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
7. Sanitation and Pest Control
Enforce sanitation standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor and implement pest control measures.
8. Leadership
Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide the kitchen team.
9. Daily Reporting
Maintain and submit accurate daily reports on kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen environment.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure and work time flexible.
