Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in real estate properties.
- **Relationship Building**: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, both existing and prospective.
- **Sales Promotion**: Promoting real estate projects and services, often using prepared scripts or pitch lines.
- **Query Resolution**: Addressing client queries and providing information about properties and services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Booking appointments for field sales teams with qualified leads.
- **Data Management**: Maintaining records of interactions with clients in a CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal**: Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
- **Listening**: Active listening skills to understand client needs.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
