**-Drafting and Reviewing Contracts**:

- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including contracts, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and others.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies during contract execution.

**-Legal Research**:

- Conduct legal research on matters related to corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, labor laws, and more.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments, amendments in laws, and judicial decisions impacting business operations.

**-Litigation Support**:

- Assist senior lawyers in the preparation and management of ongoing litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents for court cases.
- Coordinate with external counsel, court officials, and ensure timely filing of documents.

**-Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that the company’s business activities comply with local and national laws, including regulations related to labor, taxation, data protection, etc.
- Support the internal team in regulatory filings and communication with regulatory authorities.

**-Legal Advisory**:

- Provide legal advice to different departments within the organization on various business and legal matters.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure that legal risks are mitigated in the company’s operations.

**-Dispute Resolution**:

- Support dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Maintain records of ongoing disputes and resolutions.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:
A law degree (LLB) from a recognized university. A post-graduate degree (LLM) is an added advantage.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Experience in drafting contracts, handling litigation, and providing legal advice to businesses.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Indian corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
