To do outgoing calls to customers for lead generation
- To answer incoming calls and explain the products
- To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers
- To handle the queries of the customers and co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings
- To categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the sales team
- To maintain the MIS and reports
- Follow-up with customers.
- Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Skills Required:

- Good communication skill.
- Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
- Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process
- Working Days: Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly

off during weekdays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
