**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inventory of all tools and equipment in the waste management plant.
- Maintain accurate records of tool issuance, usage, and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely reordering.
- Ensure tools are regularly serviced, inspected, and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory levels and address discrepancies.
- Allocate tools to teams based on daily operational needs.
- Record data in inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide tool-handling training.
- Generate and present reports on tool usage, shortages, maintenance, and inventory status.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in inventory management, ideally in a waste processing plant or industrial setting.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with tools/equipment in waste management or similar environments.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with inventory management systems and MS Office.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
