Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations and provide on-site direction to workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is done according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers regarding construction issues.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain records of site activities, materials, labor, and equipment usage.
- Enforce health and safety policies on-site.
- Manage site logistics including deliveries, equipment placement, and site cleanliness.
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
- Attend site meetings and relay relevant information to site teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience of 3+ years in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management and safety software/tools is a plus.
- Physical ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
