**Urgent Hiring: Security Supervisor**
**Location**: Silvassa - Luhari
**Position**: Security Supervisor
**Duty Hours**: 12 hours
**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
- Experience managing a team of security guards
- Ability to maintain discipline and ensure site safety
- Industrial/manufacturing background preferred
- Basic computer skills for daily reporting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor overall site security and access control
- Supervise and schedule security staff
- Manage visitor entry, material movement, and CCTV monitoring
- Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly
- Maintain proper documentation and daily activity reports
