In last 4.5 years, we have built 9 products by partnering with startup and corporates in finance, energy and healthcare sector which went on becoming profitable and/or acquired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, widgets, and others.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how feature/website function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on the feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.

**About you**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Good knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe, InVision or others.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe xD and Photoshop.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
