As a Operations Manager you will be an important member of the Outback Adventures, playing a critical role in managing the operations and making sure that the day to day activates are smooth and frictionless. In your role you will be directly reporting to either of the Partners and you will get an opportunity to handle multiple functions within our organisation viz - Customer Handling,Purchasing, ticketing, restaurant management, human resource management.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone to manage
- **Customer enquiries & guest relations**:

- Handle all telephonic and walk in enquiries from our prospective guests/customers.
- Help our guests with ticketing and other facilities at our property.
- Make sure the guests have a pleasant stay and make good memories.
- Make sure there is good reviews and feedbacks from guests on the social media.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as Guest relation manager in F&B enterprise is good to have.
- Pleasant Personality and very good communication.
- Socially presentable grooming skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Word,Excel,outlook & Powerpoint.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- College/University Degree is preferred
- Fluency in Kannada,Tamil,Hindi & English necessary. Other languages(Malyalam & Telugu in particular) are an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
